La Balca Plots

This new development will accommodate 14 large villa plots from 1.300 sqm. This land plots for sale have spectacular views of the Tour Course, over the 15th hole with the lake and forest of pine trees beyond.
There are two types of plots available which will allow properties of up to 410sqm, with the first four plots available for construction providing the opportunity to build spacious villas right on the lake with fantastic views.
