With state-of-the-art equipment from Spanish-founded Pilates brand ARREGON®, take to the mat or use our reformer pilates equipment to improve your core, aid sports performance or simply relax into deep muscle stretches.

Our classes are available as 1:1 private sessions, duet, trio or as a group mat class. The tailored 55-minute sessions are taught by experts.

Duet training

Split the session with a friend or partner. Whether you have similar goals or different ones, this session will help you both feel empowered by Pilates.

Group mat class

The Pilates Mat is a powerful standalone practice. Mat practice combines with props such as weights, balls, therabands, and rings to build muscle group strength alongside balance and alignment.
