In 2017, we embarked on an exciting new project: creating our own organic wine. That same year, along with some residents of the resort, the first vines were planted. Those vines of black Garnacha, white Garnacha, Chardonnay, Xarel·lo, and Syrah would yield, two years later, the first white and rosé wines.
Year after year, the vines have been cultivated with great care and delicacy, always using traditional and organic methods, hand-harvesting grape by grape and placing them in boxes to ensure that Camiral wine was made only with the best grapes, those that are at the optimal point for harvesting.
Now, 5 years later, Camiral produces white, rosé, and red wine with organic certification. And in 2024, we’re thrilled to announce a collaboration with the Eccocivi winery, with whom we share their love and passion for the land and our territory.
